M&G required cutting-edge CGI and animations to showcase The Grid, Glasgow's most recent and impressive office building. Situated in the thriving International Financial Services District (IFSD), this modern workspace boasts stunning city views and provides a dynamic environment for professionals to thrive.
To truly convey the experience of working in Glasgows IFSD, it was essential to showcase its unique blend of professionalism and vibrant city life.
Luma Approach
Working in collaboration with M&G, JLL and Knight Frank, LUMA embarked on a comprehensive survey of the Cadogan Street site, ensuring that an accurate representation of the future designs could be created. Using drone photography, we captured breathtaking views of Glasgow's cityscape that would be visible from the terrace gardens and office spaces.
Through an iterative and collaborative design process, we crafted bespoke CGIs that accurately reflected the client's distinct needs and vision.

The effective use of CGIs and animations in M&G's online and marketing strategies led to increased visibility and interest in the scheme.
