Aurora, Glasgow

Client Brief

HFD Group, working on behalf of FORMA Real Estate, approached Luma seeking a creative team of CG artists to produce high-quality visual media for their ambitious Aurora project in Glasgow's bustling business district.

They desired compelling visuals to showcase the building's transformation and attract potential tenants during ongoing refurbishment works.

Luma Approach

Understanding the importance of capturing the essence of the Aurora building, Luma initiated our partnership with a thorough site survey of the property. This allowed us to gain a comprehensive understanding of the space and collaboratively develop a detailed plan with HFD Group, outlining our approach to delivering bespoke CGIs and video content tailored to their specific marketing needs.

Subsequent site visits enabled us to capture vital photography, meticulously document architectural details, and utilise aerial drone footage to provide a multi-faceted perspective of the project. HFD Group's clear vision regarding key areas they wanted visualised allowed our creative team to focus our efforts precisely on achieving their marketing objectives.

Delivery

Luma delivered a suite of stunning CGIs and videos, culminating in an immersive virtual tour of the Aurora building. This digital experience provided potential tenants with a captivating glimpse into the future, allowing for effective marketing even as refurbishment works progressed.

“Working with LUMA for our project at Aurora helped take the marketing campaign to another level. Kevin’s delivery was on point - the CGI’s were visually striking and really effective in boosting engagement with prospective occupiers.

The team’s commitment to understanding our vision and delivering on time and within budget made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend LUMA to any organisation looking to enhance their visual content.”
