Our client CEG sought out Luma to leverage cutting-edge visual technology and create impactful marketing materials to promote their IQ development project in Glasgow city centre. This strategic move aimed to achieve 3 primary goals:
Enhance brand visibility: High-quality, visually stunning presentations to capture attention and showcase the project's appeal
Drive investor interest: Compelling visuals to effectively communicate IQ’s unique features and potential.
Attract tenants: Immersive CGI experiences to allow potential occupants to visualise the space and its benefits, generating excitement and engagement.
Luma Approach
This project encompassed both traditional CG media and short animated films.
To accurately showcase the building's setting within Glasgow City Centre, extensive drone footage was captured on and around the site. This aerial footage served a dual purpose, creating captivating video montages that immersed viewers in the surroundings and providing high-quality backplates for seamless integration of the building into its environment.
Luma utilised a real-time 3D interactive model of IQ as an engaging marketing tool. By centralising all marketing materials within this interactive model, users could explore various layers of content in a user-friendly and exciting manner, navigating through the different aspects of the project with ease.
